Equalization Board
The Board of Equalization holds public hearings for individual taxpayers who file applications for assessment reconsideration. The Board rules on uniformity, consistency, correctness and fairness of the assessments made by the Real Estate Assessments Division of the Finance Department.

Historical Commission Website
The Prince William County Historical Commission is composed of 16 citizens, representing the seven magisterial districts and two at-large members, appointed by the Board of County Supervisors. The Historical Commission advises the Board in its efforts to investigate, preserve, protect and publicize Prince William County's historical sites, artifacts, buildings and events.
Housing Advisory Board Website
As established by the Prince William Board of County Supervisors (BOCS), the Housing Board is responsible for overseeing the expenditure of funds for housing and community development and directing the management of the Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD). The Housing Board is also responsible for developing policies for meeting community needs for affordable housing.
