How often is street cleaning done?
Street sweeping is accomplished using industrial type street sweeping equipment. This type of sweeping is accomplished 1-2 times per year depending on sweeping needs. The first cycle usually starts in late April and takes approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. There is one contract to cover the entire County for this type of sweeping, to include hand sweeping of all cement medians, where needed.
